In practice since 1991, my primary focus has been on pain relief and improved performance. I have studied in both the United States and the former Soviet Union, where medical and sports massage is used in hospitals, clinics, and with their national sports teams. I have a particular interest in pain management, sports massage, and working with individuals in the performing arts. I also do prenatal massage and massage for relaxation and wellness.
